v3.2

OMS v3.2 continues our work in OMSv3 and adds the following new functionality:

• Synchronises the "Automatically Accept Unpaid Online Orders" setting between OMS terminals.
• Adds the name of the selected delivery partner on kitchen slips
• Adds the ability to immediately print delivery orders (and toggle the option independently from take away & dine in)
• Rearranged the order dashboard groups to streamline kitchen operations
• Merges the "Refund" and "Cancel" modals into a single interface
• Adds "COPY" to the top of kitchen slips that are printed more than once
• Added the ability to automatically reprint kitchen slips once a printer comes back online
• Improves the detail shown in the order history tab
