Shenzhen CMX 8008

The Shenzhen CMX 8008 is an entry-level printer that is ideal for low volume merchants.

Things to note

• YQueue OMS only supports linking via Bluetooth Low Energy.
  • Contact your device manufacturer (or if the device was provided by YQueue, your account manager) to determine if your device supports Bluetooth low energy connections.
• The Shenzhen CMX 8008 is designed for low volume merchants and cannot handle large orders.
  • As a preventative measure, YQueue OMS will only attempt to print one kitchen skip or tax receipt every 20s.
  • If the printer's memory/buffer is exhausted, the printer can get stuck in a "printing loop". To escape this, remove the power supply and the battery from the printer, wait 2s, and reconnect.
• The printer manufacturer recommends disconnecting the power supply from the printer when fully charged.
