Order Dashboard

YQueue OMS features a powerful, yet familiar dashboard to centrally view and manage your orders. When you first open YQueue OMS, this is the screen you'll be automatically taken to.

Order Categories/Views

Orders are group by "categories" on the left hand side of the screen. These allow you to quickly narrow in on the orders you most care about. You can control the sorting of each view using the "Sort" option in the top-left of the screen.

FAQ

A customer claims they placed an order, but I don't see it?

The first step is to ask the customer for their order number (if they know it) and the approximate date and time it was placed. Once you have that information, you can follow the basic troubleshooting process

1. Check your internet connection

YQueue OMS will display a warning message at the top of the screen if we detect that your network is unavailable, however some devices take longer than others to realise that the connection has become unavailable. It can also take up to 60s for the application to to "catch up" in extreme circumstances (for example, the Wifi signal is intermittent).

2. Search for the order

If you're positive your internet connection is not the cause of the issue, we suggest that you use the search feature to locate the customer's order.

3. Re-sync the device

To re-sync you device with our services, tap the settings cog in the bottom right side of the screen, scroll to the bottom of "General Settings" and tap "Re-Sync".

4. Use the admin console

If you're unable to find the order using the in-app search feature, use the admin console to generate an order report.

5. Contact your account manager

If all else fails, contact your account manager for assistance.
