Installation

YQueue has designed the OMS installation process to be quick and simple. We support tablets and mobile devices running iOS 13.0+ or Android 6.0+.

To get started, download the application from the Apple App Store or Google Play store on your device and open the application.

Once the application is installed, you'll asked how you'd like to setup your device. Please note that OMS only supports linking one outlet per device.

Set Up Myself

Use this option if you already have a YQueue account and are a staff member at the outlet you want to link to the device.

To use this option, you'll need your YQueue account credentials (such as mobile number and password). When prompted, provide your account details and tap on the outlet that you wish to link to the device. After tapping on the outlet it will immediately be linked to your device and you'll be taken to the order management dashboard.

Note: If no outlets appear, contact us for additional help, or use the below method.

Assisted Setup

Use this option if you don't have a YQueue account or do not have permission to link your outlet using the above method.

To use this option, you'll need need to ask the account owner to generate a device linking code in the admin console. Once you have a linking code, enter it exactly as provided. Double check you've entered the code correctly and hit "Confirm" - the outlet it will immediately be linked to your device and you'll be taken to the order management dashboard.

Note: Linking codes are only valid for a short period of time. If your linking code is not accepted, generate a new one.


FAQ

I have a YQueue account, but don't know my password.

If you wish to set up OMS yourself and you've forgotten your account password, simply tap the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to regain access to your account.

I entered my linking code, but I'm getting an error message.

Linking codes are only valid for a short period of time (around 5 minutes). If you think your linking code has expired, generate a new one from the admin console and try again.

I just generated my linking code, but I'm getting an error message.

Make sure that you enter your linking code exactly as it was generated in the admin console.

I don't have a YQueue account and I don't have access to the admin console.

If you're unable to access the admin console for any reason, contact your YQueue account manager and they'll be happy to help.
