Advocado CRM Integration
YQueue provides an integration with Advocado to allow merchants to reward their loyal customers. The integration is currently supported in YQueue Kiosk, with support for YQueue's QR and mobile ordering applications coming soon.
Activating The Integration
We recommend contacting your account manager before activating the integration so they can assist you with the process and liaise with Advocado. That being said, you are welcome to manage the integration yourself at any time. You'll need a few things to get started:
- An active Advocado account (your account manager can introduce you to Avocado as required)
- The ID of the outlet you've configured in Advocado that should be mapped to your outlet in YQueue
- To find this, navigate to https://advocado.space/outlets and click on the name of the outlet you wish to link, and copy and paste the unique identifier in the URL of your web browser (it will look something like
f4dec5fe-a469-46d7-8a3b-a31b58127b6f
).
- To find this, navigate to https://advocado.space/outlets and click on the name of the outlet you wish to link, and copy and paste the unique identifier in the URL of your web browser (it will look something like
- Your Advocado API credentials
- To find these, navigate to https://advocado.space/integrations/third-party and they should appear at the top of the screen
Once you've organised the above, you can navigate to YQueue's merchant console and navigate to Integrations > Advocado > [Outlet Name]. Simply enter the details requested and hit Save.
Supported Campaigns
YQueue supports the below campaign types. Currently we treat all redemptions as payments (and as such the redemptions are performed as part of the payment workflow). This means that discount vouchers and item redemptions are not supported at this time.
Loyalty Stamps
We allow customers to redeem stamp rewards whenever their available stamp balance meets or exceeds the reward requirement. Assuming the customer has sufficient stamps, they can redeem multiple rewards in a single order. When an order is marked as completed (in OMS or third party POS), we'll reward the customer the appropriate number based on their payment total (for more on this, see the frequently asked questions below). We do not "stack" stamp allocation (for example, a $10 order would still only get 3 stamps if the campaign was configured as 1 stamp for $5 and 3 stamps for $10).
Stored Value & Cashback
We allow customers to redeem as little as $0.01, up to the entire value of the order (assuming they have sufficient balance).
Loyalty Points
We allow customers to redeem points rewards whenever their available point balance meets or exceeds the reward requirement. Assuming the customer has sufficient points, they can redeem multiple rewards in a single order. When an order is marked as completed (in OMS or third party POS), Advocado will reward the appropriate number of points (for more on this, see the frequently asked questions below).
Vouchers
We allow customers to redeem payment vouchers whenever their order subtotal meets or exceeds the minimum spend for voucher redemption. Assuming the customer has sufficient vouchers, they can redeem multiple vouchers in a single order (including multiple of the same voucher).
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the order value sent to Advocado calculated?
When an order is marked as complete (either in YQueue OMS or a third party POS), we'll send the value of all successful, non-refunded payments to Advocado.

When a customer performs a redemption that is "worth more" than the order balance (for example, a $5 stamps reward against a $2 order) the unused value is forfeited by the customer.
