Payment Configuration (Singapore)
YQueue supports payments payments via payment terminals, kiosk QR codes and online. Merchants have a degree of control over which payment gateway is used for which payment method.
We strongly recommend all merchants use Adyen for payment processing across web, mobile & kiosk.
Online Payments
When a merchant is first created on the YQueue platform it is automatically setup to use the Mastercard Gateway for all online card payments.
Additionally, as part of the YQueue on-boarding process, your account manager will provide you with the necessary information to onboard with Adyen to accept Apple Pay & Google Pay payments online. Once that KYC process is complete, your account manager with enter your Adyen "merchant account" in the Adyen integration page in the console. If you do not wish to process Apple/Google Pay payments online, but wish to use Adyen for Kiosk QR payments (see below), simply turn off the "Card" tender in the Adyen integration page.
Kiosk Payments
Kiosk provides significantly more control over the payment methods that are provided to the customer, and by default allows the customer to process their payment via the online payment gateway.
Adyen (Terminals)
To accept Adyen payments via an Adyen payment terminal, contact your account manager to request a terminal. Your account manager will enter your Adyen "merchant account" in the Adyen integration page in the console, and provide instructions on how to pair your terminal with the YQueue Kiosk. No additional configuration is required.
Adyen (QR Codes)
Ensure that you only enable GrabPay & Alipay QR payments if you have an Adyen terminal connected to your kiosk.
Additionally, ensure the "Kiosk QR Payments" option is enabled in the integration configuration.
Adyen QR payments can be accepted directly on the kiosk (PayNow, WeChat) or via the terminal (GrabPay, Alipay). Your account manager will enter your Adyen "merchant account" in the Adyen integration page in the console and select the correct payment methods based on whether you have requested a payment terminal.
QFPay (QR Codes)
In addition to Adyen, we support PayNow, WeChat, GrabPay & Alipay payments via QFPay.
