Deliverect Integration

YQueue provides an integration with Deliverect for our Kiosk and Online Ordering applications.


Installation

Before You Get Started

You should be aware of the below points before activating the integration. If you have any questions, please contact your account manager for assistance.


  • You cannot activate the Deliverect integration if you have an existing POS integration configured against your merchant profile
  • You cannot activate the Deliverect integration if your merchant profile has more than one linked outlet
  • You cannot activate the Deliverect integration if you have any outstanding orders at your outlet (mark any in-progress orders as complete to proceed)
  • You cannot activate the Deliverect integration if you are accepting delivery orders via Rida, or if you're not accepting in-house delivery orders automatically
  • You will not be able to use YQueue OMS (any existing OMS terminals will be unlinked)
  • Online and Kiosk ordering will be disabled whenever the integration is activated/suspended/reactivated (so you have the opportunity to review your configuration before continuing to accept orders)
  • Your catalog will be wiped except for discounts and surcharges) and replaced with the contents of your Deliverect menus
  • Deliverect requires merchants operating in Australia to have tax-inclusive pricing, while merchants operating in Singapore must be tax-exclusive.

To activate the integration, navigate to the merchant console and follow the below steps:

  1. Click Integrations in the navigation bar
  2. Click Deliverect in the list of supported integrations
  3. Click Setup on the outlet you wish to activate the integration against
  4. Copy the provided details into the Deliverect setup page when prompted by Deliverect

Using The Integration

After the integration has been successfully configured all orders placed via YQueue Kiosk or Online Ordering will automatically be sent to Deliverect (usually within a few seconds). Deliverect will then forward the order to your POS.


We'll automatically retry sending orders to Deliverect for up to 5 minutes if there are any issues. If after 5 minutes we're still unable to send the order to Deliverect, we'll automatically suspend order placement so it can be manually resolved. If this behavior is not desired, simply re-open the store on the Deliverect management interface.


Any changes to your Deliverect menu(s) will be automatically synced with YQueue Kiosk and Online Ordering, usually within 60 seconds of Deliverect notifying us of the change.


Unsupported Features

When the Deliverect integration is enabled the following features will be disabled on your merchant profile:

  • Rida Integration (in-store delivery is still supported)
  • Manual acceptance of delivery orders (only automatic acceptance is supported)
  • GTO integrations (as the POS will be responsible for GTO)
  • Pickup Display
  • All catalog/menu management (except for discounts & surcharges)
